While we uphold the highest standards, we understand that rare issues may occur. In such cases, we provide a limited return or replacement option, subject to the terms below.
Return or replacement requests are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. A complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product check) must be shared — no edits, cuts, or breaks accepted. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Once your request is received, our team will thoroughly review your concern. If eligible, you’ll be notified with instructions for pickup or replacement shipping. The decision for replacement or return will depend on stock availability and the nature of the issue. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value or store credit.
We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases: wrong size or color ordered by the customer, change of mind after delivery, delays caused by courier or logistics partners, sale, discounted, or limited-edition items, and missing or edited unboxing proof.
